Staff went above and beyond to help us get in. Both Lori and Connie are great.

It will work for what I am using the storage for. It is not climate control.

If you don't need climate control then this is the best storage in Marietta Cobb Pkwy area. Great terms, professional staff, clean, convenient and affordable.

Place feels safe and secure. Customer service was friendly and accommodating. I made a reservation online and changed it in person. She didn't flinch. Got the unit clean and move-in ready well before my scheduled move-in date. No problems using my self-selected code to get into the main gate. This one's a winner!

Good price in a convenient location. The owner and staff are very friendly and accommodating. No extra fees or mandatory insurance. Price is what it ways for the unit and not a penny more.

The price that I receive don't mine was a great price in the end the customer service was excellent they were very polite nice and welcoming they also provided on a block for my storage switch was really great because I couldn't find the new law that I just bought so I would recommend this to anyone that was interested in the story anything there.

I used Ark Storage when u moved here from California 2 years ago. Connie made us feel safe and the price was right in our budget, that's why we decided to use them again. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a safe storage facility, and great service.

Connie, the site manager, is one of the best professionals I have ever dealt with for these kinds of transactions. She seems very concerned with the customer's needs and the available options. She is an outstanding communicator. It is an older property, but Connie really works hard to keep it clean and maintained. Kudos to Connie. I am concerned about the increase in rental fees, but that seems to be out of Connie's control. This site is significantly higher rental fee than climate controlled space I have rented in Kennesaw near I75 at a competitor.. I was considering moving everything to this site, but the rent increases gives me second thoughts.

I feel more than comfortable with having my things stored in this location and will definitely use them in the future if the need arises.

I went to this facility because it was the cheapest for my needs at the time, but even though it is an older facility, the manager was the nicest, and most helpful of any I checked into. Most helpful, and THAT made the difference! After visiting many facilities, most managers or staff were rude and not flexible , almost like they didn't want our business, but Connie was different, she tried to help our needs and she listened to us .

Great pricing and conv. location. When I arrived Connie walked me through all the details and was willing to work with me seeing I would not be able to come back until my move in date. Within an hour after reserving my unit online, to my surprise Connie called to confirm my reservation and provided me with the office hours to make sure someone would be there when I arrived. Upon arrival, although assisting another customer, Connie immediately acknowledged my presence. The unit walk through, explanation of gate security and paperwork process was timely and thorough. We found Ark on Sparefoot. The experience was fantastic from the beginning. Connie greeted us warmly. She showed us around and was unbelievably helpful. The location is perfect and though the complex is older, everything was clean and well lit.

Unit was not clean when moved in, gate broken so its always open, difficult to open storage unit latch-needs to be repaired.

I recently rented a 10x15 storage room. The staff drove me around on the golf cart to show me all of the storage rooms I wanted to see. I got a great price by reserving the room on line. My only complaint is that the gate appears to be open all the time, but at the same time my understanding is that someone actually lives on the property and watches over it.
