I had to move out of my home of ten years with five days notice. I just started training on a part-time job, with four days to go. I have no vehicle. When I went to Life Storage, I was kind of in shell shock mode (still am). However, Chris made at least one hurdle a lot easier and more pleasant than it might have been. He explained the different options available, showed me the different sizes so I could figure out what I needed, patiently and good naturedly answered all my questions. At a moment when I'm quite literally putting my life into storage, Chris actually listened to me and helped me.

My move-in process was very simple and efficient. The storage unit I was moving to was on the second floor ima climate controlled environment and there were carts available for me to transport my stuff into the unit. There were two of us moving things and it only took about 3 trips up to get everything situated.
