I am totally at peace leaving my items at the facility due to the security in place. The storage unit was very clean and the clerk was very friendly.

The staff was very friendly and we got a great deal on our storage unit. I was most impressed on how secure their facility was. They have cameras, lock up at 1000pm and an access code only gated system.

I am most impressed by the friendly staff!! Helpful and very nice. Pricing was so reasonable I moved all my things from Kennesaw u haul. The only drawback is there are only 2 handtrucks for the whole facility, there is a fee to use them and they are inconvenient. They need to provide carts, I hear corporate is working on this. When they come thru I give them 5 stars!!

When moving out of Bob's they will not reimburse your paid ahead rent. You need to move out at the end of the month or stop paying. They also purchase insurance and bill you for it. Most homeowners policies will cover property in storage. They make you provide a copy before they will stop forcing you to buy duplicate insurance.
