Easy to book. Easy to move in.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility looked clean but it has a not so fresh smell which I guess is somewhat expected because who knows what is being stored in the units but I saw a mouse in the hallway while going to my unit. This was really unexpected and definitely not what you want to see while putting your personal items in the this facility. The price for the unit size is on the expensive side. Thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s definitely cheaper prices out there with the same quality as this location.

Bob and his team have been wonderful partners during these trying times. They take care of the multiple monthly shipments we receive and have always kept the grounds clean and functioning. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d definitely recommend them to a friend or a business in need.

Price is a little steep versus other storage units. We choose this facility because of the "free" truck rental that was available. We were unable to reserve the 1 truck that they offered on the first day we were scheduled to move in, but were able to get it on the next day, unfortunately it was a Sunday and they did not open until 12. This was a unhelpful and created some problems on our end. Overall the staff was friendly and very thorough but took a long time.
