Prime Storage - Marietta - Powers Ferry Place

I reserved online. I spoke with Anyah. She provided excellent customer service. The climate controlled area is not quite what I expected, but it will suffice for now. My only con was that that entrance gate was broken and open for anyone to drive/walk in. However, because it sits back from the rode and not readily visible, you have to deliberately go there, no chance for crime of opportunity ... in my opinion. I was told it was expected to be repaired by the end of the month, July 2025. Their website says they have hand trucks available for you to use, but there was only one, I have not used it yet, I was told the renters steal them ... that is really too bad. That is an great customer perk! I would recommend moment it.

Great price and location...and prompt service easy to work with

I obtained a parking space for my boat and was issued spot number 3. Spot number 3 turned out to be on an incline which would not allow my boat to drain rainwater so I called the number to see if I could move to a different spot. I was re issued space number 20 which is on level ground. I paid again for this new spot and am still waiting on the refund from space number 3. How long does it take to receive my refund for that space ?

Noone informed me that I was renting a pod in the back parking lot behind the building, with no lights and yes that does matter. The reason I have a storage unit is to get my tools before work early in the morning, when it's dark. By the time I got to the office they were closed. Went in on Saturday at 1 the sign on the door said they would be back at 3 called the number that was happy to take my payment but couldn't help with a problem said they were at lunch for3 hours, closed on Sunday, and Mondaymy cancellation period was up. Still waiting on the phone call.

Dasha and her co-worker are the best. I recommend them highly.

I would recommend this storage facility, I had my things in storage for almost 2yrs, and when I went to get my belongings out , my things were just like I left them, prime storage is the best, thank you for your services.

Aaron and Melissa have been professional and accommodating throughout my experience. My initial move was delayed, the moving truck was almost too big to drive in, and my code didn't work at first. Nevertheless, they worked with me and have been cooperative storage partners.

In an effort to retain my belongings...the need for storage was my only option at the time. I have done so for some time. Which will soon come to a close. As a result your location was my choice. Am I satisfied...yes. Please do not disappoint me. Thank you.

The facility is clean, but I always have difficulty entering due to the entrance keypad does not work well. The pad seems to be worn out

Only problem is the doors into and/or out of the climate controlled building are occasionally stuck open.

I would recommend to a friend as far as the location and staff go. Not for cost. I have been using this unit since 2017. The rent has increased a few times and not it is totally out of line. I live in Florida and work in Marietta. I must have a storage unit during the winter when I am in Florida. The people there are helpful enough when you need them. My rent is never late. Until now I have never heard one thank you.

For the length of time that I have been a customer I believe that the price is way to high.

I have multiple units at the Marietta Prime Storage. Melissa, the general manager, is very accommodating. She is friendly and professional. The place is clean and the prices are good. I would highly recommend this place for storage!
