received a warm, welcoming a clear explanation of what to expect as far as any raises in pricing. We felt helped and excited with the support we received when we went to move in on our first day. Thanks, Mike!

Tom assisted me this afternoon and he was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the storage facility.

We were using storage containers for our move. By about 4pm on move day we realized everything was not going to fit.I called three other companies and got noting but an answering machine.After calling Prime the paperwork was done and my movers had the unit loaded before they closed at 6pm.

Prices are not locked in they are always looking to add extra cost to bill. Never discussed at times of rental. I know things change just Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m stuck with no recourse so read and choose carefully. There prices and offerings change daily. Webb prices are different from onsite prices

Went into my building smells like mold terribly. Open my unit and my stuff is all molded. Roof issues not over my unit but a 4 down and told had no impact on my unit. And never notified me of issues. Used facility many times but new ownership could careless.

Easy initial check in. Very helpful and explained everything very clearly. Great small unit. Very secure while good hours of access

Great place to store items. Clean climate controlled not bugs or critters. Realized that we could have replace all the furniture we have stored there over the years with what we have paid in rent 14 years.

The mandatory insurance program is inappropriate. The lease already provides responsibility waiver language in it. The decision to purchase insurance if the customer doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t already carry it should be made by the customer and not mandated by Prime.

This is my 2nd time renting a storage unit with Prime Storage. My reason for returning the 2nd time is because of the pricing of the units. The staff is always friendly, professional and courteous. If I have any questions regarding my storage unit out the property theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re readily available to assist me immediately. What I really like about Prime Storage on Shallowford is that itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s conveniently located near me and the storage units are easily accessible.

No reward for being a longrime faithful multiple unit customer.

Have rented H45 from this location for many years. Customer service has been very poor this past year. District manager was rude on several occasions with regard to pricing and insurance. Also needed to get into the unit during regular hours and the gate was not working and we were told that they were trying to get a hold of the manager and district manager to take care of it, but they didn't show up. We will be moving to another storage facility soon.

Place is clean. Staff is great. Would not consider another storage place. Use to be with Public Storage enough said.

I have to commend the manager, Jeremiah, at the Shallowford Road, Marietta, GA, location. He went to bat for me as a customer when a billing error occurred and corporate would not remove a $7 error because it was already billed! I told Jeremiah how ridiculous it was and how there are so many other storage facilities I could move to. He was willing to pay the $7 out of his own pocket. This was so over and above and not necessary. I asked him to have his boss call me to take care of this. Just that he was willing to do this speaks volumes. I never heard from the boss, so I am assuming all was taken care of. I just wanted to give Jeremiah a shout out for his amazing customer service! Vicky Muetterties

Excellent Storage Facility. People are very helpful. They keep it clean all the time.

Near cinstant price invreases are eventually going to cross the line where value-added no longer computes and is no longer competitive with alternatives.

I had a property loss. On site mgmt zero help. I have called and emailed HQ on who to contact if I hire a lawyer. NO ONE HAS RESPONDED TO ME!!
