When I originally signed my contract, I was paying $104 per month. Six years later I am paying approximately $160 per month ($11 of this is for insurance). I'd think you all would like to keep customers who pay their bill on time by keeping costs low.

Flexibility on parking, great management in the office of location. Easygoing on repair on equipment,

Have had to place cardboard attached to overhead door trac width of unit to keep leaves and dirt from coming in under door. Have asked for 1 1/2 years if stripping at base of door can be replaced. I get a "yes no problem" every time. Arrangement is we'll call you and schedule a time that's convenient for me to come open unit. I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN THE CALL. Each time I ask, same result. Last "walk in the office make request in person" was 3 weeks ago. To give the benefit of the doubt, even discussed leave voicemail in off chance call goes unanswered SAME RESULT - NO CALL. Guess Ill by my own stripping and do it myself

Serice team at this facility do a fabulous job at communicating and resolvig any concern.

Each month when I attempt to pay my bill online the payment for the second unit is declined. I either have to call in or come back to the website several days later and make a second payment. This has caused late fees several times.

Prices went thru the roof since they prime storage bought the facility. I have been a customer for over 20 years. My unit had concrete dust blowen into it and I was told I was going to get compensation but never did. Now that concrete has been done the parking lot retains puddles of water and I found a had full of screws and nails one day. The office personal always changes and I never know who to talk to.

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve had two incidents where one I got struck by a golf ball in my windshield broke and I was told there was nothing to be done about it that I had to contact my insurance to get it resolved and second I got struck by a vehicle while my car was parked and none of the cameras caught it so again I had to come out of pocket to pay for those expenses because this facility did not want to assume responsibility. Lacks customer care.

convenient location, right priced, good facility

This is a nice storage unit and decent price but it is hard to access with trucks and difficult to get in and out.

Web site stated gate closing 11pm. A bit after 10pm one night I needed to exit, but my code wouldn't work due to after hours access only. I'd have been stuck were it not for someone entering the facility. I complained and was told to get an after hours code, but I had already requested this and was told only businesses are allowed that amenity. They also put me into collections after I notified them by e-mail I was moving out. I looked back in my e-mail and no one attempted to contact me about paying my bill so I assumed they must have received my move out notice. The next contact was from collections. Overall absolute worst experience EVER with a storage facility!

The office staff was very friendly and accommodated my needs.
