I chose this location because it is close to my curent address, and my initial interaction with the customer service representative was pleasant. Since completing my unit reservation, the service has been terrible, they are not always available during the posted hours of operation and when they are - they are very rude.

Only complaint was there are only 2 elevators and one of them was out of service.

Reserved and paid for a 10x15, climate controlled unit on the "1st Floor", however the unit was not on the 1st floor, instead it was on the 3rd. Per Customer Service, this feature is noted in my account. Spoke with 3 ppl Stephanie, Richard and Justice who were unable to resolve situation and Onsite Manager did not respond to their message. Held up my move in for 30 minutes
