Love it here. Friendly people, great customer service, clean, local, understanding, fast, easy, online. Definitely recommended.

My monthly was going up on April 1st. Since October 2021 the rate would have risen 54%. I called the facility and talked with Nadia and she was able to resolve the problem very quickly. Nadia was very efficient and very nice to talk to.

Great customer service and location.

I booked the unit online and all went smoothly the day of the move thanks to Ebony. She was upbeat and helpful and, whatever sheﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s getting paid, she deserves a raise.

It's been a couple days but the lady that helped me was great (sorry can't remember your name). I would have given 5 stars but my unit did not have a light and it had a water leak which I was okay with because there was no other unit that size available.

Everything was fine except there was no lights or drow string inside the unit attendant was on there personal phone and not paying attention to the customer when I walked in

The manager who gave us the unit for rent I give 5 stars !! She was awesome and went above and beyond to help us.The reason I gave 4 stars was due to the lock that was purchased for the unit. I think it should be made stronger I really do, we have to get insurance , but o still feel for the price we should have better locks. But overall Ian pleased of my belongings wouldn't be stored there, so thank you public store she keep up the good work , and give your employee a raise I think her name was lowlands she was awesome and really on her job. My experience with public storage was great. The customer rep Toni was awesome she showed me my unit and made me feel comfortable about using this company. This is my 1st time ever storing anything but so far I'm happy with the service.
