The facility was exactly what I was looking for. The staff was patient and gave great recommendations to find a unit that fit my needs. I would definitely reccommend this facility to a friend!

It was the best experience ever Ms. Debbi was very helpful and kind.

It was great to have the space available when I needed it. I would love to see the locations get email access so that it's easier to communicate with the management. I received a call on the 3rd of the month telling me that I had to make a payment for the balance of the month even though I had been told that I wouldn't have to pay until the end of the 30 day period. That was a little frustrating since I didn't plan to be in the unit past the initial 30-day period.

I would just like to say that your property manager Debbie was a complete sweetheart... I have never had to move before and I had never had to use a storage units so I was completely oblivious as to what is needed and how I should pack... Debbie was very helpful showing me some products that I can use for my move, I cherish all my items and now I am at ease knowing that there's a way I can protect them... I'm not ready to rent a storage unit just yet but I will be coming back to this property because the competitors don't have Debbie.

We have needed a storage unit for a while as we have run out of room at our homes and place of business. We also needed a central location where various contractors could easily access. Debora, the manager, was very, very helpful in getting our needs for a stepless unit met. She worked with us and her company resolving the requirement. What a delight Debora is - and she is a Walking Dead fan!!! I would highly recommend this particular Public Storage facility.

The service was great however it would have liked to have more access to my unit than from 6am-9pm. The unit was big and the manager at the time that i rented to unit was very nice and thorough in explaining everything about it

The office manager was very polite and thorough. The grounds are clean and neat. The storage unit was the same. Online management through the web is awesome. I have no complaints or issues. I would recommend.

First unit had termites in wall. I explained that I didn't want my furniture in there with termite action, they quickly got me a new unit, better unit for same price. Pleased with the results, but makes one wonder who got the termite unit and if they'll spread.
