Public Storage - Marietta - 2253 Dallas Hwy SW

My husband and I have used Public Storage for years. We were in need of a new unit. Celeste was amazing! While practicing social distancing and mask wearing, she showed us exactly what we needed. She is knowledgeable and kind.

We had an excellent experience with Public Storage. Property manager, Ashley at the Dallas Hwy in Kennesaw was a large part of that. Facility was very clean and security was excellent.

I've been with this location for over a year and am in love with the customer service. They've always been helpful. Recently I was interested in obtaining prices for other size units and Wanda was extremely informative and a big help in taking the time to discuss and show me the units available. Highly recommend this location for your climate controlled needs!

It was the day we expected Irma to blow thru and I was running late. Wanda was so sweet and accommodating and waited for me to get there. She was helpful and answered all my questions no matter how many I asked with a smile. I'm so glad you have someone like her on staff. It's hard to find someone with excellent customer service skills these days.

The ladies here are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. It is my first experience with a storage facility and I felt comfortable and the area seems safe.

This is my first experience with having a storage unit. Public Storage is great. It is very clean and I feel very safe when I am at my unit. I also find the ladies that work the desk super nice and helpful. I would recommend using Public Storage to my family and friends.
