Quick and easy; I would have appreciated being told that the lock was extra because I had my own lock. I was never given the opportunity to decline. Didn't know I was charged until I received the email. Other than that, all was good.

I have been a customer for about 15 years at 2 different locations. One of the things I have always enjoyed are the employees at both locations. I knew Miss Dorothy and she was wonderful. I am happy for her that she has retired but I truly miss her. But is just so happens that someone just about as wonderful has taken her place and that is Ashley. She is a delight. She is so perfect for her position --- kind, gentle, soft spoken, informative, accommodating, offers suggestions to help with your move, pleasant, comfortable and , wow, she has a great smile !!! She is so sweet when she has to call you to tell you to get over there to pay your rent !!! I love her disposition and her calm attitude which you need in order to handle some of the things she has to handle. You really have a great employee in Ashley.
